I know that all the units are self catering units and that I myself will furnish the linen (duvet and pillow casings as well as the sheets) and other consumables eg dustbin bags, toilet paper, cleaning material as well as a "toeknyp braairooster"
I further agree that the stack beds will only be used by children. Adults are using stack beds on their own risk.
I will contact you to find out about the sizes of the beds.
PARKING IS CRUCIAL. I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT: 1. THERE IS ONLY ONE CAR PARKING BAY AND ONE TRAILER PARKING AREA PER UNIT AVAILABLE AND THAT 2. THE 4 LARGER UNITS ENJOY THE USE OF THE LOCKABLE DOU8LE GARAGES.
IF I DO NEED PARKING FOR EITHER MORE THAN ONE CAR OR A BOAT, OR A MOTORCYCLE OR A BICYCLE I WILL DISCUSS MY PARKING REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. OTHERWISE THE PARKING OF SUCH VEHICLES WILL BE MY OWN RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL BE PARKED OFF SITE.
I ACKNOWLEDGE ALSO THE FACT THAT
1 ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THE PAYMENT OF A
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS OF
APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION. OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WILL HOWEVER ALSO BE CONSIDERED;
2. ALL OUTSTANDING MONEY IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL PRIOR TO THE RECEIVING OF ANY KEYS;
3. A KEY AND BREAKAGE DEPOSIT OF R1000 (DURING DEC/JAN) OR R500 (REST OF THE YEAR) IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL AND WILL BE PAYABLE ONLY BY CHEQUE.
